What is Chiropractic?
About
Freya’s journey into chiropractic care began after she started studying Pharmacology at university. Despite trying various medications, her chronic headaches continued to affect her daily life, leaving her searching for alternative solutions.
It was through chiropractic care that Freya discovered a gentle, hands-on approach that not only relieved her symptoms but also sparked a passion for the field. Inspired by her own experience, she made the decision to switch paths and pursue a Master’s degree in Chiropractic.
Since graduating, Freya has gained extensive experience working in a range of practice settings. She is particularly passionate about supporting expectant mothers throughout pregnancy, as well as helping those who suffer from headaches and migraines—conditions she is personally familiar with.
Freya’s approach combines hands-on chiropractic techniques with practical lifestyle advice to help her patients navigate the stresses of everyday life. Whether you're dealing with physical discomfort or simply looking for a holistic way to improve your well-being, chiropractic care can help with:
Headaches and migraines
Low back pain
Sports injuries
Tennis elbow
General aches and pains
Shoulder complaints
Tension and inability to relax
Is chiropractic for me?
Chiropractic care is for anyone who wants their body to move and feel its best.
Whether you’re struggling with pain, tension, or just feel “off” in your body, chiropractic can help restore balance, reduce discomfort, and improve how you function day to day.
You don’t need to be in pain to benefit. Many people choose chiropractic as part of looking after themselves — to ease stiffness, support posture, boost energy, or stay active and resilient.
At your first appointment, we’ll take the time to understand what’s going on, what matters most to you, and how your body is working right now. From there, we’ll put together a plan that feels realistic and personal — so you can get back to doing more of what you love, comfortably and confidently.
